We’re proud to be a part of this
program because we can be a part of global team with great minds and diverse
cultures. EPS Program has given us a lot of distinctive experiences. Starting
from New Seller Journey that gives us opportunity to understand about IBM strategy,
culture, product/solutions and impacts, added with self- learning classes in
Malaysia for the first whole 2 months that also gave us chance to build bond
among EPSers in KL Hub, got to know IBM leaders in MY as well as understand
multicultural working environment. Global Sales School that comes in parallel
with New Seller Journey and Apprenticeship has become a great program for us as a beginner to
pursue career as a sales. Every modules in GSS, Experiences accelerator, and Cadence
Exams have given us insights on how we can immerse with sales activities in IBM
and be legit sellers.
Now
I planted in IBM Digital Business Group as a part of ASEAN DDR team for
storage coverage, who responsible to growth IBM Storage Business
further.
