The art of slow living or in Bahasa it is called as Seni Menikmati Hidup Seutuhnya secara Sadar.
I once have the opportunity to work and live in Singapore, I have more "prosperous" life there however the funny thing is I don't feel happy that time, instead I felt TIRED with everything in life at that time.
So I decided to take sabbatical leave for a year, away from work, social media (till now) or whatever, and fully spent time with myself, doing my hobby and have a date with NATURE.
In the nature we find ourselves, soe hok gie.
Like a MAGIC! NATURE has the POWER to help me to Heal, Recover, and Recharge my mental health, Cause Nature has very POSITIVE ENERGY that helps me to be POSITIVE again towards LIFE. Look deeper into nature then you'll understand everything better, its really true! Just like Nature, in life everything has its own season, after autumn there's winter, then its transform to spring then summer :), that's the cycles of nature~, similar with our life, people need to going through hard times in order to have a good times afterwards. And it continues, sustain and never end, as long as we live, we will transform and grow.
Nature can help to reduce stress and negative emotions, by feeling the coolness of nature, our blood pressure becomes stable and stress is reduced, trees gives human more energy. Nature is also able to calm us, invite us to stop for a moment from the hustle and bustle of the city. Help us to "slow down", enjoy every moment to moment, create a lot of good memories. Nature brings us to a calmer feeling, in the wild, we can live fresh air as we please. Shout as loud as you can to let go of your heart. Occasionally close your eyes, sit cross-legged and let the wind blow our body. It feels like nature whispers a magic spell that can make our problems go away on their own. With a calm atmosphere that comes from nature, our way of thinking and feeling will be more positive, humans will find it easier to contemplate, understand, and explore themselves in the wild.
